What is your role at “Anderson Live”?
I am a show producer. I do everything from booking guests and writing scripts to pitching story ideas and overseeing whatever segments of television I’m producing. I have produced everything from Madonna to social experiments with Janine Driver and everything in between.
Do you have a favorite show you produced from Season 1?
There were so many, but everyone asks me this. I was floored by how much I loved Dolly Parton. I didn’t know that much about her beforehand. She was the coolest lady. So much fun. Just great. Loved her.
What are you excited about for Season 2?
Season 2 is going to be really topical. We’ll be focused on all the stuff that everyone’s talking about. I can’t wait to be producing that on our show!
Have you see the new set?
I have seen sketches and renderings of the set, and I think it’s going to be amazing!
Are you looking forward to Anderson having a new co-host each day?
I’m excited! I produced a bunch of the co-hosts shows last year. I got to work with Kristin Chenoweth, Niecy Nash and Carrie Ann Inaba. I worked on those three shows. Anderson is great with a co-host. They bring another energy and I love the dynamic.
When you run in to people this summer, what’s the feedback on the show?
The feedback from the show is so great! Everyone’s asks about my favorite celebs I got to meet and what it’s like working with Anderson. He’s the nicest and most professional guy. Very easy to work with. Everyone is excited for Season 2!
