Today, “Anderson Live” threw a fun baby shower for Meghan in Affiliate Relations, in honor of her upcoming bundle of joy. There were special, decorated cupcakes from Georgetown Cupcake for everyone, not to mention marshmallow Peeps! Please join us in wishing Meghan and her family all the best.

At our daily production meeting, we were chowing down on these “Anderson Coop-cakes.” Homemade by our web producer Matthew, they’re vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting and piercing blue “eyes.”

I can’t believe it, but… I did it! I survived my three-day cleanse, and I am really feeling good. I was very worried I would not make it the full three days.
Yesterday was Day 3, and I started again with a grapefruit mint drink. For lunch, I had the butternut squash soup, which is so good. I had a berry carrot juice at 3 p.m. and then my ginger bar around 5 p.m. when I was feeling hungry. I ended my cleanse at 7 p.m. with a bean burger with ginger sauce.
I have to say this was the best cleanse I have ever done. I was not starving, and I really feel like I jump-started my body to eating healthier. What I was most proud of was no sugar for three days, which for me is amazing. Now I just need to stay away from the candy and treats, and focus on healthier foods. Matthew and Nico were very proud of me!
